(Toledo, OH) Workers at the Toledo Jeep plant are getting fired up about their return to work.
The Jeep Wrangler Immersion project started Wednesday, giving workers a front-row seat to experience the vehicles they build. Professional drivers took employees on an intense off-road course to show off its features, before allowing them test drive time.
Fiat-Chrysler executives say the immersion project is designed to boost workers' pride and understanding of the Wranglers they produce.
