(Toledo, OH) What's old is new again-- at least in the Toledo restaurant business.
Mancy's plans to open a new restaurant next month-- it's fifth eatery in the Toledo area. Mancy's Ideal will open along Monroe Street in the former space occupied by the Revolution Grille. The new restaurant is inspired by an old one-- "The Ideal" restaurant, which opened in West Toledo nearly a century ago. The menu will be "from scratch" and pay homage to the original founders.
The Mancy Restaurant Group already includes Mancy's Steakhouse, Mancy's Italian Grill, Bluewater Grille and Shorty's.
Mancy's also is involved in its first out-of-town venture-- in a downtown Findlay hotel being built by Marathon Petroleum.
