PUT-IN-BAY, Ohio - Seven search warrants were executed Thursday morning in the village of Put-in-Bay.

Attorney General Mike DeWine's office says the searches were part of an ongoing joint investigation into the village which is being conducted by the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the Ohio Ethics Commission.

Two of the addresses searched were the police department and a government office. Three locations were private residences and two others were a local law office and the Port Clinton Jet Express in Port Clinton.
