(Toledo, OH) A Toledo man is accused of playing a trick on some treats and now faces a criminal charge.
48-year old Christopher Burks is accused of relieving himself on a store's stash of Halloween candy.
Toledo police say Burks is caught on a surveillance camera breaking into an "employees only" area of the Kohl's store near the Franklin Park Mall, where he urinated on several boxes of candy stored inside. Court and police records don't show what prompted Burks to allegedly go to the bathroom on candy bars.
Kohl's store employees threw out some $600 worth of Halloween treats. Burks now faces a misdemeanor criminal damaging charge and is free on $500 bond.
