(Marblehead, OH) A social media app helps a victim catch her rapist.
Bond is set at $1 million for 77-year old James Allen, who's accused of sexually assaulting a 20-year-old woman. Ottawa County prosecutors say Allen raped the woman last week in Danbury Township. But the victim recorded the incident on Snapchat and a friend in Texas reported the attack.
Police initially went to the house-- and the suspect let them in to check on the intoxicated woman and they left when everything looked in order. But then officers looked at the Snapchat videos and went right back to the house to make an arrest for felony rape.
