(Toledo, OH) The Renaissance Hotel in downtown Toledo is set to open next week.
The 13-story hotel's new owners have spent two years and $25 million rehabbing the hotel, including redoing all the rooms and renovating the lobby.
There will be a first-floor restaurant and rooftop bar, and the hotel is now booking guests for its 240 rooms.
The Wednesday grand opening has been pushed back several times in the past six months, but represents the latest in a riverfront renaissance along Summit Street, as Promedica's new corporate headquarters is expected to also open next month.
