(Toledo, OH) There may be another new business moving alongside the Maumee River.
Midstream Methanol is interested in leasing land from the port authority for construction of a new methanol production and distribution facility that would locate along Front Street next to the existing Seneca Petroleum site.
But there's no guarantee-- with port authority approval, the company would pull the trigger on a land lease option on nearly 10 acres of riverfront property, while it explores the possibility of the new facility.
Midstream Methanol also is proposing a 30-year lease with options to renew if its due diligence leads the company to build a multi-million dollar methanol plant and distribution center.
