FINDLAY, Ohio - The Blanchard River crested Friday, closing roads all over Findlay and spilling water into homes and yards.
WTOL 11 reports the river crested at 16.5 feet Friday around noon. The water is expected to start receding overnight, but it will take until Sunday before the river falls back below flood stage.
It was the fourth-highest crest for the Blanchard in history.
