(Maumee, OH) The Lucas County fair opens today with free gate admission until 3 p.m.
A fair king and queen will be crowned during opening ceremonies at 1 p.m. For horseback riding enthusiasts, equine competition begins with English jumping and freestyle. 4-H project judging also takes place today, along with a livestock poultry show.
