Local Manufacturing-Assembly Firm Growing

Maumee Assembly and Stamping plant is once again searching for qualified employees as they expand and improve the facility that formerly housed a Ford assembly plant. The 800,000 square foot plant has recently undergone energy upgrades in their boiler and power plants saving the company over $240,000 per year and creating a 98% efficiency rating.

Using local firms the plant will begin a re-roofing of the mail structure that will also improve it's R factor for energy efficiency.

Along with those improvements the plant has new contracts with Mack Truck, while still working with Tesla, Navistar, and General Motors. In the last six months alone Maumee Assembly and Stamping has hired an additional 100 employees and continues to accept applications for known job openings through 2018.
