Toledo Won't Have "Outdoor Refreshment Area" Fri.

(Toledo, OH)  The Toledo Police Department is making the decision to suspend the city's new downtown outdoor refreshment area on Friday.

Toledo’s police chief says it's due to the Robert Easter Junior fight at the Huntington Center at the same time as a Mud Hens baseball game.

The outdoor refreshment area, which allows people to purchase alcohol and consume it within a set of boundaries downtown, just began several week ago.
