TOLEDO, Ohio - A temporary suspension of the downtown outdoor refreshment area, set to take place Friday night, has been rescinded.
WTOL reports Toledo Police Chief George Kral tweeted Thursday that he was reversing his decision to suspend the ORA a day after making the initial announcement.
The downtown outdoor refreshment area is bounded by Adams, Erie, Lafayette and Summit Streets.
