Toledo Symphony Announces New Director

TOLEDO, Ohio - The Toledo Symphony Orchestra has finally found their new music director.

Alain Trudel of Montreal will become the Symphony's 9th music director beginning in the fall of 2018. 

Trudel has led the Canadian Broadcasting Corp. Radio Orchestra and is the music director of the l'Orchestre Symphonique de Laval in Quebec.

He will join the Orchestra at the beginning of the Symphony's 75th season. Trudel replaces Stefan Sanderling, who had been music director since 2003 and left the position this May.
