(Toledo, OH) Three Toledo home health care workers are facing felony charges in connection to the death of a woman who was in their care.
Barbara Bell, Sherria Allison and Tasha Pittman were all indicted by a Lucas County grand jury on Tuesday for patient endangerment. The patient, 47-year old Brenda Firsdon, reportedly choked to death on food at her home on Kellogg Road last September.
Prosecutors say the trio worked at Beacon of Light, a Toledo-based contractor for services for people with developmental disabilities.
