(Toledo, OH) Final preps are underway for Toledo's Memorial Day observance.
Toledo's annual Memorial Day parade steps off Saturday morning from Monroe and Summit streets downtown at 10 a.m.
More than 30 units will march to a reviewing stand at One Government Center. The parade will be followed by a wreath-laying and service to honor fallen military members at the Civic Center Mall.
Ohio's assistant adjutant general will be the grand marshal and the keynote speaker. Organizers expect more than 3,500 people to attend the parade.
