(Toledo, OH) Seven Washington Local Schools teachers could lose their jobs for drinking on a class trip.
District officials say an investigation found the teachers left Shoreland Elementary School students at a camp while they went to a pub. None of the teachers will be allowed to return to the classroom for the remainder of the academic year.
The teachers were offered the opportunity to resign or face disciplinary action for violating school board policy. There's no word on whether those teachers are on paid or unpaid administrative leave.
