TOLEDO, Ohio - Toledo Police are investigating two Monday morning robberies they think were committed by the same suspect.
Investigators say the suspect entered the In & Out Mart on Eleanor, showed the clerk a handgun and demanded cash. The suspect left without any money.
About 45 minutes later, police say the same suspect entered another In & Out Mart on Tremainsville and demanded money. The clerk reported that he showed her a handgun, demanding money. She gave him the cash in the register and he left on foot.
The suspect is described as white or Hispanic, in his 40's, thin and was wearing a black beanie style cap, black jacket and blue jeans. Both clerks reported that he was armed with a small black handgun.
Police are asking anyone with information on the suspect's identity to call Crimestoppers at 419-255-1111.
