(Toledo, OH) Camp Miakonda celebrates a century of scouting this weekend.
The Boy Scouts are hosting a special centennial celebration Saturday with a day-long open house, featuring campsites from the past 100 years, along with a scout show of skills and activities.
There also will be a ribbon-cutting of a new wildlife education center at the camp. The 160-acre site will also offer birthday cake in honor of its anniversary.
Overflow parking and shuttle service will be available from Stranahan elementary and Southview High School.
