Perrysburg seniors were naturally excited for the last day of school, but one graduating student received an unusual going-away present: a new car.
Amber Wilkin won a 2017 Hyundai Elantra as part of Taylor Hyundai's "Driven to Succeed" program. It's the 8th year Steve Taylor of Taylor Hyundai has awarded a car to one of Perrysburg's graduating seniors. Students were entered into the drawing for the car by way of getting "A"s on their final grade card, being involved in sports or extra-curricular activities, and teacher recommendations.
Wilkin already has plans to put some miles on the Elantra: she's moving on to Provo, UT to attend Brigham Young University.
