(Toledo, OH) Ohio State is adding to its highly-rated 2018 recruiting class with the commitment of Toledo St. John's linebacker Dallas Gant.
The 6'3", 225-pound junior picked OSU over offers from Notre Dame, Michigan, Michigan State and Penn State. He's the first Toledo-area verbal commitment to Ohio State since 2013.
Gant is Scout.com's tenth-ranked outside linebacker and is the Buckeyes tenth commitment in the nation's third-rated recruiting class.
