(Toledo, OH) A mistrial could be declared today in the Ray Abou-Arab murder trial.
The trial was halted early Wednesday when a Toledo police detective shared information the jury was not supposed to hear. A Lucas County judge sent the jury home while deciding whether to stop the trial.
Abou-Arab is charged with murder and arson, accused of setting a fire that killed two Toledo firefighters in 2014.
