Abou-Arab Mistrial Declared

In a surprise move this morning Ray Abou-Arab's trial was declared a mistrial by Judge Stacy Cook following an interruption yesterday after testimony about a polygraph test. Abou-Arab shocked the courtroom a second time when he accepted a plea deal offered by the prosecutor. 

Abou-Arab will get 20 years in prison and then have to register as an arsonist and be on post release control for five years. Further details as they are released and at the top and bottom of each hour on Newsradio 1370 WSPD and 92.9 FM
