(Toledo, OH) The Toledo Zoo's newest resident will make its public debut today.
A three-and-a-half-year-old koala named Coedie will be unveiled in the Aviary exhibit. The tree-hugging animal is on loan from the San Diego Zoo as part of a conservation effort.
Zoo officials say Coedie was the last offspring of Mundooie, who was born at the Toledo Zoo in 2000.
