(Maumee, OH) Lucas County sheriff's deputies are warning people about the dangers under the water at the Maumee quarry.
Residents living off Salisbury Road are calling 911 to report kids jumping off cliffs into the quarry, with concerns about safety and trespassing.
The sheriff's office says deputies are responding to the calls with an educational campaign about dangerous debris that's close to the surface. It'll be up to parents to stop their children from jumping into the water.
