Worst Tick Season In Years Feared

(Toledo, OH) Doctors in northwest Ohio are preparing for what could be the worst tick season in years.

Mild temperatures have insect experts worried that many black-legged ticks survived the winter, increasing the risk of Lyme disease this summer.

People are being asked to check their clothing or pets for ticks before coming indoors and to see their doctor right away if they think they've been bitten.
