(Toledo, OH) The teen suspected of killing a Maumee High School student will remain jailed until his trial.
A Lucas County judge cited Andrew Foster-Martin's long criminal history Monday in ordering him held in the juvenile justice center. Martin is accused of gunning down 17-year-old Collin Doyle during a robbery in February and severely injuring 16-year old Armond Batey.
Prosecutors say they'll try to have Martin tried as an adult, partially because he'll turn 18 at the end of May. If he remains a juvenile, he could face three years behind bars, but could get life in prison if tried as an adult. Two other teens also are facing charges in the case.
