City Council Moves To Shutter Nuisance Bars

(Toledo, OH) Toledo City Council is moving forward with plans to shut down two crime-ridden bars.

A committee decided Thursday to accept the police department's recommendation to strip the Pour House and Antidote Bar of their liquor licenses.

City Council will vote next week to ask the Ohio Department of Liquor Control to revoke the licenses, citing a host of violent crimes at the establishments this year.
