TOLEDO, Ohio - A north Toledo man has been arrested and charged with attacking his son with a hatchet.
WTOL 11 reports 63-year-old Noel Dawson is charged with assault, domestic violence, criminal damaging or endangering property and failure to disclose personal information.
According to court documents, Dawson is accused of charging his son with a hatchet. He swung and missed his son, instead hitting a truck. After his arrest, Dawson refused to give officers his personal information and instead shouted obscenities at police.
