(Oak Harbor, OH) Grief counselors will be on hand today at an Oak Harbor school as students and staff mourn a popular teacher.
A vigil was held last night at R.C. Waters Elementary School to begin the healing after 33-year old Whitney Meinke's death. The third-grade teacher died last week when the car she was in was hit by a suspected drunk driver in Jerusalem Township. Meinke's parents also died in the wreck.
Students and staff return today from spring break.
