(Maumee, OH) March Madness--.or the lack of it-- made a Monclova man mad enough to sue.
A TV transmission rights dispute is at the heart of the man's lawsuit, upset that he could not watch an NCAA basketball tournament.
Stephen Keller is a local lawyer who is suing for $15,000, claiming the cable carrier dispute between A&T Uverse and a local station is causing March mayhem in his home.
The lawsuit is claiming fraud-- that the cable company advertised a mid-March Wisconsin-Virginia Tech game as available on WTOL-11 when it actually was not. The lawsuit also claims "intentional infliction of emotional distress." The lawyer claims he and his wife suffered "mental anguish and interference with the peaceful enjoyment of their property" and seeks damages.
