(Delta, OH) The man accused of killing his former girlfriend and kidnapping their child is back in an Ohio jail.
James Ramey was booked into the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio in Stryker Wednesday after waiving extradition from Indiana. Ramey is facing an aggravated murder charge after police say he gunned down 23-year-old Amanda Mangas at her Delta home.
An amber alert also was issued after police say Ramey kidnapped the former couple's infant son Winston. Police tracked his cell phone signal across state lines. Ramey was arrested in Rochester, Indiana hours later.
