(Delta, OH) An amber alert is issued across Northwest Ohio for a kidnapped infant. The 10-month old was reported missing in Delta about five this morning-- Fulton County authorities say Winston Ramey was taken by his father, who should be considered armed and dangerous.
The suspect is identified as 27-year old James Christopher Ramey-- six feet tall, 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
He's driving a 2006 Black Chrysler Town and Country minivan-- Ohio license plate number F-R-X, 40-34.
