(Toledo, OH) Two Toledo brothers are behind bars, facing charges in the murder of a Maumee High School student.
Toledo police detectives say Travis Durden and 17-year-old Tyrees Davis were arrested Monday for complicity to murder and aggravated robbery. The pair is accused of being with the gunman last week when 17-year-old Collin Doyle was gunned down and 16-year-old Armand Batey was left paralyzed.
The shooter from the West Toledo robbery and murder remains at large.
