(Toledo, OH) Toledo police officers are getting more body cameras.
Toledo City Council voted unanimously Tuesday to approve more than $150,000 in federal grant money for the equipment.
The department currently has 54 body cameras, but will be able to get 350 more with the money, so all field officers will have one. TPD administrators believe the body cameras will improve police-community relations.
