TOLEDO, Ohio - According to a police report, the president of the Toledo City Council was found unconscious in a downtown parking lot.
The Toledo Blade reports that council president Steve Steele was injured on February 9. He was found in a parking lot near Monroe Street, unconscious and bleeding from cuts to the head.
Police are still investigating the incident.
