Alzheimer's Misdiagnosis Lawsuit Expands

(Toledo, OH) More people are joining a lawsuit, claiming they were misdiagnosed with Alzheimer's disease at the Toledo Clinic. More than 50 of Sherry-Ann Jenkins' former patients at the Toledo Clinic Cognitive Center are suing her, claiming she wasn't qualified to order tests or provide diagnoses.

Plaintiff also accuse the clinic of allowing Jenkins to practice medicine without a license. The misdiagnosed illnesses led one patient to commit suicide, while others underwent treatments for more than a year for no reason.
