TOLEDO, Ohio - An Ohio appeals court had ruled that the Ohio Department of Agriculture was within its rights when it seized exotic animals from Tiger Ridge Exotics.
WTOL 11 reports the court agreed with the Department of Agriculture that their seizure of six tigers and five other exotic animals in January of 2015 was legal.
Owner Kenny Hetrick argued that the seizure was illegal and that he was treated unfairly.
