(Toledo, OH) People living along Secor Road in Toledo and Ottawa Hills are airing concerns about a proposed expansion project. Dozens of people packed a public hearing last night to learn more about proposals to reduce traffic congestion from Bancroft Street to Hughes Drive.
Two of those plans would expand the road to four lanes, forcing 13 families from their homes. Officials in both communities will take residents' comments and come up with a final plan by the end of March.
