Vice President Mike Pence is having some fun with something former VP Joe Biden said at the latest Democratic presidential debate. At one point, Biden referred to himself as the VP in the present tense. Speaking to a House Republican retreat in Baltimore, Pence said -- "Let me be clear, I am the Vice President of the United States of America." He accused the Democratic candidates of promoting a "radical agenda," including open borders and socialized medicine.
