Asia Hughes was arrested by Toledo Police for "obscene activity" after complaints she was provocatively dancing on a utility pole near Sylvania & Jackman roads. The TPD report also says Hughes went into the road and began twerking, causing vehicles to stop or swerve to avoid hitting her. The video, originally posted by Twitter account @Toledo_Tweets has since gone viral. Police say Hughes was wearing thong shorts with her buttocks exposed causing alarm to onlookers. Hughes was charged with disorderly conduct and hindering/preventing the movement of others.
