Dale Suter, owner of The Walnut Saloon in Findlay, was arrested Thursday and charged with assault in connection with this incident caught on video.
Video shows Suter in a profanity-laced argument with one of the bartenders. The confrontation quickly turns physical and, as seen in the video, Suter appears to go around the bar and wrap his hands around the female employee's neck. No word as of this afternoon as to the extent of injuries the victim may have received. Suter claims the video only shows part of the story and says he has received numerous threats since the video of this incident was posted online.
Suter has been released on bond. His court date is scheduled for March 13.
