LISTEN: Logan Woodside Takes Command Of San Antonio AAF Team

Logan Woodside, former QB for The University of Toledo Rockets, has a new team to lead in a brand new professional football league. The Alliance of American Football debuted this past weekend, featuring Woodside behind center of the San Antonio Commanders.

San Antonio's latest attempt at Spring football drew 28,000 fans to the Alamodome on Saturday night and they saw Woodside take the AAF Commanders to their first victory - a 15 to 6 win over the San Diego Fleet. Woodside completed 18 of 36 passes for 255 yards.

We talked with Logan Woodside about his latest opportunity in the pros on The Scott Sands Show today. And, we also asked his thoughts on former teammate Kareem Hunt being given a second chance to play in the NFL with the Cleveland Browns.
