As a short fat white guy, nothing will make you look more awkward than standing next to a tall, sexy, rock star ... as you can see by this picture of me with the beautiful and amazingly talented Storm Large.
Storm is performing "Seven Deadly Sins" on Friday & Saturday nights with The Toledo Symphony at the Toledo Museum of Art Peristyle Theater. Click here for more information. She's actually in town all week and was gracious to come hang out on my show before rehearsals with the symphony tomorrow. We may have drank some bourbon, talked about rock and roll, and dished on Fergie's version of the National Anthem. In other words, we had a blast!

I love that she has a range from rock/metal to jazz, is an author, and intellectual. You may remember her bursting onto the national scene from the CBS TV show "Rock Star: Supernova" in 2006; but, she actually began performing along the west coast years earlier. She joined with Pink Martini in 2011 for a series of sold out concerts with the National Symphony Orchestra at the Kennedy Center, and continues to perform with them today.
