Joe Biden was told that a recent poll showed that 56% of those polled believe they are better off now than four years ago. He didn't believe it, do you? A reporter in Cincinnati asked the Presidential candidate about a poll taken in September and asked Biden why should people who believe that vote for him. The former VP at first replied that those people's memories probably weren't "very good" and then said even if they do believe that "whatever they believe they should go out and vote. People should vote. Period."
