No official announcement has been made yet but reports, including one in the Detroit Free Press, claims that the Big Ten will cancel its' upcoming fall sports schedule including football. Both Ohio State head coach Chris Day and Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh have spoken out in favor of playing the games. A report released by the Free Press on Sunday suggested that by a vote of 12-2 the Presidents of the universities had voted to cancel the season. The Big Ten said no "official " vote had been taken and meetings stretched through yesterday. There is another meeting scheduled for today. We will know hopefully by the end of today it the season will be canceled, it would mark the first time football would not be held during the fall in the 125 years of the conference.
