Last night Iran responded to the killing of General Suleimani with a missile strike on two American bases in Western Iraq. The President will address the public this morning following damage assessment at both of those remote locations. For it's part Iran has released this statement “Iran took & concluded proportionate measures in self-defense, “We do not seek escalation or war, but will defend ourselves against any aggression.” which seems to say they are finished retaliating.
President Trump tweeted out last night that "all is well".
