In one Connecticut city there's a law on the books that says you can spend time in jail if you are above the legal age limit for trick or treating. Cities in other states have also looked at setting limits on what age can be on the street on Halloween night to go begging all in the name of children's safety. Trunk or Treat events are becoming even more popular in many places making it even less of a night time event for many kids who now can attend numerous Trunk or Treat events to fill up on sweets.
