The 2020 election for President is now just a little more than 12 months away and already the Democratic Party is looking for ways to ensure a victory for the eventual nominee. With another debate this week, this time in Ohio a must win state, the candidates will begin to focus on what they think is the best strategy. According to an article in the USA Today today there are a number of things the Democratic Party must do to win.
These include focusing on voters who were ignored by the Clinton campaign, focus on specific counties that switched allegiance last election, do not focus on Trump alone, and focus on voter turnout.
Meanwhile the economy continues to perk along with unemployment numbers low and consumer confidence strong under President Trump. Is there anything that the Democratic Party can do to win the 2020 election? What would your suggestions be?
