Probably illegal, but what a great way to get rid of a crowd

I'm guessing this is probably illegal in the US but this guy takes matters into his own hands when his neighbors get a little too loud at a neighborhood party. Watch as uses his fireworks loaded drone to chase the crowd away. Illegal or not, would you do this to get rid of a crowd on your street if you were sure they couldn't track you down?
