Over the weekend President Trump became the first US President to step foot into North Korea. The move came after a Twitter suggestion by Trump during the G20 meetings. Trump went to the DMZ which many other presidents have visited but then he met North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un at the border between the two countries and then stepped over that border into North Korea.
The meeting between the two leaders which originally was meant to last only a few minutes ended up lasting more than an hour and Trump told reporters that is was a good meeting. Talks not scheduled but are expected to continue between the two countries.
